Apparently, while filming Sicko, Michael Moore also visited Norway, but he decided to leave the footage from the best country to live in the World out of the movie because he thought his core audience and critics wouldn't be able to comprehend what they were seeing on screen. Good thing it's on the DVD. I never knew all this about Norway until now. Hopefully it's not all propaganda, some light reading shall solve that.
